Changing Names on Mailing Label

I have several families where the spouses have different last names. The software is listing just the primary household head ("1") "& Family." On the mailing label line of the integrated family data is says the first and last name of both spouses, but this information IS NOT appearing in the name part of the name/address of contribution statements. (Note: the "and family" box is already unchecked under preferences.) HOW DO I FIX THIS!

The Contribution Statements do not use the Mailing List label name, but the names as listed on the Personal Profiles. Do you have the same envelope number listed against both spouses ?
