E-Mail Contribution Statement Checkbox

I went into each individual record and unchecked the box marked "E-mail Contribution Statement" and saved each record. The next day I opened PowerChurch, and all of my changes had reversed back to the original setting. Any suggestions?

Did someone do a database restore ?? That's the only way such a thing could happen.
