Missing report

Post by calvarybc »

Maintenance release 11.5 was recently applied to our Powerchurch installation and staff reports one of their primary Membership report options is now missing. They go to Membership Personal Reports Profiles, All Individual Profile report options. They were previously able to generate report with members and names of all in their household, visitor area, addresses and export to MS Excel column format.

Staff is requesting we undo the maintenance release but I'm not sure if that's possible nor if the problem would be corrected.

MRs cannot be undone, but I've not seen any issues with reports.

Are they getting any sort of error message ?? Not seeing the report on the list, etc? Are they sure that it was a standard report they were pulling?

The reason I ask, is that I went to my v11.1 setup of PCPlus and the All Individual Profile report options have not changed in v11.5 from what was available in 11.1.

Not to mention the All Individual Profile report has never grouped by family, but by last name. The actual report options were only to filter by Personal Status Code, and whether or not to include unlisted addresses and phones.

Even the Family Grouped Report had minimal filtering and the format was not editable in any way.
