How do I include children in our church directory whose parents don't attend our church?

Well, I'd try this:

1. On the mailing list profile (I'm assuming its the parent's address), make sure the publish address in directory is checked.
2. The parent's personal profile status should be visitor, the kid's something like 'friends of congregation'.
3. Use the directory report found under the Personal Profiles, and include all mailing statuses, and exclude all personal profiles you don't want to see.
