Hello,
How can I add another cell phone number to the Family Mailing List
(under setup options - default phones when adding a new family, you can only have 3 lines) I need 3-6 lines as each spouse has a cell phone and if they have teenagers, they each have their own phone, plus the family landline.

How do I let power church know that this is becoming a necessity.

Under the Family Members tab there are five possible numbers that can be entered for each family member under the Contact tab. This would be in addition to the numbers entered under the Maintain Family Mailing List window.

I agree with Tom, individual phones should be listed under the Personal Profiles, the phones listed under the Family Mailing List should be those that are the main contact numbers. Main land line (if any), main cell phone, etc.

When I print out a church directory, then it only shows 3 lines on the directory, but I need at least 5. I understand that you can add more cell phone numbers, but that is only for the drop down menu.

Have you looked at the church directory under Personal Profiles, one of the layouts there gives you individual phones.
