Greetings, I am having some formatting trouble with sending a group email. We use PowerChurch Online. I've been creating the body of the email offline in Word 2013, formatting with bold font and using indented bullet lists where needed. I've set paragraph spacing to single space, without any additional spacing between paragraphs, and manually added blank lines where needed for readability. Then I Select All, Copy, and try to Paste it into the body field of the "Send E-mail Message to a Group" window of the group email within PowerChurch. I've tried pasting while the Plain Text option is selected, and while the HTML option is selected, but the formatting gets all messed up with additional spacing, weird indentations, etc. Looks really bad on the receiving end.
I'd rather not use the online editor due to speed and the fact that I compose the emails over the course of a couple days. There must be a better way, yes?
I'll appreciate any and all info you can share. Many thanks,
Ann Taylor

1. Save the file out of Word as a PDF and attach it to the email. This basically saves all the formatting as you created it.
2. Save the file out of Word as HTML, copy the HTML source with all the HTML tags, when you access the email editor, click on the VIEW SOURCE button on the right above the edit window. Paste your HTML, then click the Preview button, it should appear corrrect.
