Is it possible to search the database by first name? I can't seem to figure out how if it is. Love to hear from you if you know how to do it!

What are you trying to do ?? You'd have to create a custom report to do so, however, if you're just trying to find a certain record, it may be easier to enter Personal Profiles, click on the LOCATE button, then click on the header for FIRST NAME, this will sort the list by first name.

You can also search by profile name from integrated or the house screen by selecting the family members tab and selecting the locate profile link below the list of family members.
