When printing mailing labels is it possible to include the salutation so that the address will read Mr. & Mrs. John Doe rather than just John Doe? If so, how is this done?

I am able to include the salutation when I do a mail merge, but not when printing labels directly from PC+.

Are you printing labels from the personal profiles, or the Mailing List area ?? I'm fairly sure that the mailing list labels do print with the saluation.

Click on:
Membership
Family Mailing List
Print Mailing Labels

Enter:
Selection Criteria
Mailing Label Options

I do not see any option that would allow me to include the salutation, nor have I been able to find anything in the PC+ Manual or website.

I appreciate your follow-up and would welcome any further help you might be able to offer.

I had to take another look at this ...

There may be a problem with the way you have the family mailing list screen setup. The default when you enter (unless its been changed by the system administrator) is to default to enter the Mr & Mrs automatically when adding a new family to the mailing list.

If you don't have that entered on every family, it won't show up. Ths also covers a single person in the household. The entry of Miss/Ms/Mr should prefix the name on the mailing list profile.
