Is there a way to have a visitation tab in the maintain personal profiles.

No, the system is designed that a visit is to a family by the pastor, elders, deacons, etc., thus the visitation tab on the Family Mailing List. However, the Services tab on the Personal Profile can be used in the same manner as the visitation if you wish. It was designed for the pastor to be able to enter notes about an individual that others would not have access, but using it for individual visitations by others than the minister is up to the church.
