Error creating Church Directory

I tried to create a church directory today and found the the list of personal status codes was almost gone. Only one status (Child/Youth) was visible, not the usual dozen, including Member and Friend, which are the statuses we choose when creating directories.
The full status list is available when I'm using maintain personal profiles.
It appears to me we have a problem with the reporting module. How should I proceed?
Thanks for your help.

I'm going to assume you're using the directory report from the Personal Profiles standard reports. If not , let us know.

OK ... first off, I hope you have a good backup, just in case.

Second: Do a REINDEX of the database. You'll find that under the Utilities menu. Let us know what happens.

Thanks for your quick response, Neil.
Yes, I am creating the Directory through Reports - Personal Profiles (though the same error condition occurs when I try to created it through the Family Mailing List). I backed up on Saturday.
I just ran the reindex, which reported that it finished successfully. I restarted PC and found the same error condition.

OK ... I'm going to suggest this:

1. Do a backup of the current database.
2. Run this standard Personal Profile report: Defined Custom Codes - if the database has an issue, you should only see that one personal profile status.
3. Restore the backup from Saturday.
4. Run the report as you did in item 2. If you see ALL the personal profile status, then run the directory.

Let us know what happens.

Any further suggestions, Neil (or anyone)? Do I need to raise a Powerchurch incident?

I just installed the latest Maintenance Release and found that the full list of status codes is now available when I'm printing the Church Directory. I guess other people have seen the same problem.

There wasn't anything related to this in the Maintenance Release.

Well, the installation of the MR apparently fixed a permissions issue, or refreshed a program file, or just a Windows glitch.

Pick one :)
