picture goes in sideways

Hello, I tried to upload a pic into the system but when it went in, it rotated it to the right. I can not fix it...any suggestions? I'm asking the person to see if this was a cell phone pic or not...I don't know if it matters but I'll find out.

FWIW .. many of the picture viewers on PCs will 'rotate' the picture so it appears correct, however, the actual orientation of the picture is 'landscape' instead of 'portrait'. I'm pretty sure based on your experience, that PCPlus does not do that, and reflects the original format in which the picture was taken.
