When I print the family update form, it also prints deceased people associated with the account. I have changed the mailing category to 'church member' but to no avail. I don't want to hand these out to our widow/ers with their deceased spouses included. I think I've tried everything...
Many thanks for your help.

OK ... Its not as hard as you think.Steph143 wrote:When I print the family update form, it also prints deceased people associated with the account. When you first select the Family Update Form report, you get the Selection Criteria screen. This screen is used to select the Mailing List Category you want to select, I'm assuming in this case you want the Member category.
The NEXT screen is the Report Options screen. The Second Tab is the Individual Information tab. At the top, you should see a label that says Include Which Personal Profiles, click on the button next to that label, and you can include only the Personal Status Codes you want to see. Again, I'm assuming that you are setting those members who have passed to the status code of Deceased.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for the tip, but I don't have that option on my 'individual information' tab
I'm using PC 11.1. Maybe you have a newer version?

Ah yes ... they did add that as an addition to v11.5. Perhaps an update is in order.Steph143 wrote:Hi Neil,
