Please bear with my multiple questions/comments regarding membership reports.
1. Is there a way to print the church directory in a smaller format (smaller than 8 1/2 X 11)? (We currently use another program to print a booklet (8 ½ X 11 folded).
2. In running a Selected Records report in the Family Mailing List, it does not print the profile email addresses, only the family email address. Is there a way to include the family member (profile) email addresses as well?
3. In Selected Records or Church Directory, we would like to print the report grouped by a particular added “code.” (For example, we split up our church body and assign each group an elder. As it is now in PCP, we have to print one report at a time, selecting one elder each time.)

There are some different formats, but I'm pretty sure they're all designed for regular 8 1/2 x 11 sheets.

Not in that report, as it is a report for the Family Mailing List only. Have you looked at the family grouped report under Personal Profiles? Or perhaps one of the Church Directory formats.

The only alternative (I believe) is creating a custom report.
