Pics Not Showing in Directory

Post by KPegram »

I have recently uploaded additional pictures into PowerChurch under the picture tab. I can view the pictures when I am looking at the families in the membership module, but the recently added pictures do hot appear when I run a Church Directory report. The older pictures do appear when I run the Church Directory report.

The pictures were taken with a cell phone. The older pictures were taken with a cell phone as well but it was a different cell phone. Is there something I can do to have them appear in the report? Thank you.

These pictures, are they all personal pictures, or are they Family Pics. The directory reports will only show those pics that are uploaded as 'family pictures' on the Family Mailing List profile.
