Custom Church Directory

I have not used Power Church for a few years but now our church is using it again (yay!). A few years ago there was an article in one of the newsletter (I think it was Tech something) with step by step directions for creating a custom church directory. I really liked the results. Does anyone know if it is still available & if it will work with the latest version of PC+? Or if something similar is available? Thanks for your help.
