If I have the membership divided into different deacon family groups is there anyway to be able to print labels for each family the deacon has been assigned.

If you're using the Visit Area or Who Visits code on the Family Mailing List profile's Other Information tab, then you can use the Membership -> Family Mailing List -> Print Mailing Labels function to do this. When the selection criteria screen appears select the Visit Area or Who Visits code that you want to print labels for, then click the OK button.

You'll have to do this for each Deacon, however, you CAN save the settings so all you need to do the next time is go to the saved settings on the Selection Criteria screen (looks like a file at the top left corner) and pull it up to use.

It worked perfect that way!
