How to create Connect Groups
We have approx 100 connect groups throughout the city and we would like to be able to keep data per connect group, like leaders, sub leaders, attendees, attendance and offering collected. Can this be added to our program?

Where do you keep the membership information? Is it all in Powerchurch?? If so, all you need to do is add a new activity per group. If that membership info is NOT kept in Powerchurch, then the idea is moot.robertoche wrote:We have approx 100 connect groups throughout the city and we would like to be able to keep data per connect group, like leaders, sub leaders, attendees, attendance and offering collected. However, please define 'Connect Group' .. is this a small group? You mention offerings, is this a worship collection?? Are they all affliated with the same church? If not, you're going to start running into program licensing issues.

These are small groups actually we call them House of Peace where they are gathering in current members houses. It's a way of outreach. Yes, it is from church members were we invite people as a way of evangelism. Members information are in Powerchurch.

Perfect .. just create an activity for each group, add the people to each group, and then you'll be able to track all that information.robertoche wrote:These are small groups actually we call them House of Peace where they are gathering in current members houses. As far as the address, you can set them up as different Departments. The Activity Type could be setup as days of the week, and you can then add the name and time in the activity description so it would be setup like this:
Activity Number1100
Description 7 PM Bible Study
Activity Department: Bradford Road
Activity Type: Wednesday
Basically, you can use it the way you want.
