Consecutive Absence Report Not Working

I have used the consecutive absence report on several occasions to contact absentees. Now today that report tells me there are no records for our main worship service, which I know is incorrect. I compared the settings for that activity to settings for other activities that do give responses for a Consecutive Absence query, but they all look the same. I cannot figure out why?

I found a posting on this forum from 10 years ago, but there was no reply to that posting.

Any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated.

Try running an REINDEX from the Utilities menu. This recreates the indexes to the database and often fixes such issues. Let us know what happens.
