Consecutive Absence Report Not Working

I have used the consecutive absence report on several occasions to contact absentees. Now today that report tells me there are no records for our main worship service, which I know is incorrect. I compared the settings for that activity to settings for other activities that do give responses for a Consecutive Absence query, but they all look the same. I cannot figure out why?
I found a posting on this forum from 10 years ago, but there was no reply to that posting.
