This is how I solved the church directory "booklet" printing problem.
1. Use Microsoft Publisher to create a booklet (I already had one I was using prior to purchasing PC, that I would manually update as I added new families). If using one in existence, make sure to delete the names in it. After creating or opening, keep this file open to receive info.
2. From Membership-Personal Profiles-Reports-Church Directory, run your directory in "booklet" form (if you try to print this in PC now, it will NOT print & collate the pages properly like a booklet).
3. Instead of printing your newly created directory, "save" it as a "word document" (.doc) and save it to a destination you can find easily (I saved mine to my desktop).
4. Open your new word document - highlight all the names - and "copy" them.
5. "Paste" the names directly into the publisher doc that you have open. The names will flow into the document and be properly formatted & collated to print properly in booklet form. It even added new pages as needed.
Hopefully, in an upcoming release, this problem will be solved and we'll be able to print the directory directly from PC and the pages will come out like they do in Publisher, so you can copy the pages back to back and then staple & fold. Until then, this works.

I took a slightly different approach. Our copier has a booklet mode. So, we print the directory out of PowerChurch on full size 8.5 x 11 pages. I set the copier to booklet mode with stapling and feed the pages.
The only caveat is that for it to work, you must have an even number of pages. If I have an odd number, I create a cover sheet with the church logo and the date.
YMMV,
Jeff
