I am looking for a way to filter the following things:

Male
25 and up
Member of the church for at least one year

Can anyone give me a suggestion on the best way to do this?

Well .. I'd use the Personal Profiles Selected Names report.

The Selection Criteria is set as follows:

1. M/F is easy, enter an 'M'
2. 25 and up - from the pull down selection on the Birth Date choose "defined range" .. enter dates 01/01/1950 to 10/31/1992
3. Member of the church: Not knowing if you have a date joined entry or not. I'm going to assume so, in which case its much like Item 2, but the to date will be 10/31/2016

I should have mentioned, just adjust the earlier date based on what you want your age range to be, or how far back in membership you want to go
