Tieing membership profiles w/ contribution statements

Hello Everyone,

We are approaching our 1st year with PC+ (v.9). I have written a new church policy, but don't know how to accomplish my goal.

The new policy states that every even number year, each member will receive a copy of his membership personal profile with his contribution statement at the end of the fiscal year. The purpose of this procedure is to validate the accuracy of our membership roster.

My question is how does one coordinate a printing of the personal profile with the contribution statement (colating) without a mass colating project effort requiring many man hours?

There's no programmatic way of doing it. You'll lhave to print them each separately in alphabetical order, then collate when you stuff the envelopes.
