Good afternoon,
Has there been any updates regarding tracking attendance by number so that we can have an average of attendance?
Thank you,
Angel

Version 12 does allow you to add the number additional attendees who are not in the system. Is that what you're looking for?angel1 wrote:Good afternoon,

Re: Tracking Attendance
Hello Neil,
Thanks for your reply. We were looking for a way that we could record all attendance on Sundays (not by name), but by numbers and then we could get an average count for the month or year.

Re: Tracking Attendance
You can probably do that in the updated attendance entry, but many just use an Excel spreadsheet if you're not tracking attendance by name.angel1 wrote:Hello Neil,

Re: Tracking Attendance
We do it the old fashioned way - Ushers with count clickers and an Excel spreadsheet.
Re: Tracking Attendance
Hey Neil,
If done the old fashioned way, then is there some way to enter into Powerchurch? Does version 12 offer this feature?

Re: Tracking Attendance
You can now enter the "present count" in Attendance in Version 12. It is labeled as "Additional Present Count" but you don't need to record individual attendance anymore. You can record only a count.
