Odd Mailing labels

Our church bought a ton of odd mailing lables, Avery #5360 for copy machines and would like to use them for PC. They are 2.8 x 1.5 in, 21 lables 3 x 7 to a sheet. We are running PC9 and the closest I can get in Custom setup is using #5162 as a template and then set to 3 wide, however I can't find a way to increase the height from that 1 1/3 in to the required 1 1/2 in for printer alignment in the standard Ink Jet printer. Has anyone done this?

You will have to setup a custom label. Go into the layout and double click the triangle on the detail band. There you can enter the height of the label.
