Use of Profile Picture in Personal Profiles

My Church wants to begin to use the ability of Power Church to store a photo of each member. How can the picture be used once its stored in the database. Can we create a directory report with the pictures next to the personal information?
How is it done?

How is it done?
Take a look under the Personal Profile reports, you should see a report for Pictorial Dictionary. You can also do one under Family Mailing Lists using the family photo.
