Hi! I am wondering if you can group a directory by the address? We have several small towns around us and we have members from all of them. We would like to have them show up similar to a phone book. Is this possible? And if so, how would I do it? Thank you!

There isn't a built-in Church Directory layout that is grouped that way, but it would be possible to do in a custom report.
We have published some examples of creating different custom reports at https://www.powerchurch.com/customreports/examples/ some of which are Church Directories.
The key to grouping by city would be the same as those report examples are grouped by family. You would just need to have an additional grouping on city before the family group.
