Um ... are you using Online or standard Powerchurch?

Standard PCPlus you can find the photos in the x:\Powerchurch\PCPLUSxx\data\pictures directory, where X is the drive where its installed, and PCLUSxx reflects your version.

Online I'm not sure if you can.

There is a backup files option that is just pictures, so you can create a backup of pictures and save it to the local computer. Then, you can just unzip the backup file to access the pictures folder.

By default, Version 12 started encrypting/password protecting the backup zip files, so you would have to disable that option in PowerChurch Online by going to File > Preferences > System Setup Options. Uncheck the "Encrypt backups" option.
