New to v.12.2 on windows 10 Pro
Want to maintain list of members in a certain activity code. Went to Membership>Activities & Skills>Maintain Acts & Skills. Located our Activity #9002.
Clicked on Members. It does not show me the check boxes on the left side, nor the Select ALL & Clear All buttons either.
Documentation is on page 89 of the printed manual.
Please advise. Thanks. John

That screen shows the list of current members of the activity. To add or change the list of members, click the Add Person or Delete Person buttons along the right side of the screen.

Re: Member window of Activities & Skills not complete
Thanks Zorak. I agree with you that the icons on the side let you get the job done. However to handle multiple people at once it's not possible.
My first post above was that it is not like it shows in the manual nor in the F1 online help under "Activities & Skills, Removing a Person". The check boxes left of the names do not show up on my screen, which would be a big help in large jobs.
Just say'n it does not look the same as in the documentation. Thanks.

I just took the following screenshot from the demo:
I'm not sure what could possibly cause yours to be different.

Re: Member window of Activities & Skills not complete
I'm doing this at home now and it looks just like it at church.
I made a .png of what I have but can't get it to go to this post. I've clicked on the Insert Image, above but it doesn't paste it. I can paste it into Word very easily. What am I missing? Thanks.

The system does not allow users to attach pics, I usually link to a pic from a website I control.John Dykema wrote: ↑Thu Aug 27, 2020 9:29 pmI'm doing this at home now and it looks just like it at church.

That said, I just checked, and it appears the same here.
John, I'm going to ask the obvious, are you using the system admin account, or an account that has add/change permissions for Activities & Skills ??

I'm logged in as other users with add/del permissions. Hope that helps. John.

John ... don't know what to tell you. The program works here as Zorak says.John Dykema wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 7:09 amI'm logged in as other users with add/del permissions. Hope that helps. John.
Under Membership -> Activities & Skills -> Maintain Activities & Skills -> Click Members Tab, then click on ADD PERSON button, up comes the list with checkboxes next to them.
What's the date of the program according to the 'About' menu selection?

But now I get it!!! My project was to delete a bunch of people from an activity. That does not work I just noticed that it only works with 'Add Person'.
Curious why this doesn't work with Deletes as well. Anyway, if I need to add a bunch into an activity, now I know a quick way.
Thanks you guys for the effort you put into this.

I guess it doesn't work that way as the activity usually has more people being added than deleted, which is usually done once in a while. That said, I can see where a mass delete from an activity would be useful outside of youth Sunday School where most are promoted to another class rather than deleted.
