CHurch Directory question

I am attempting to print a new church directory... I have found when I have single parents that the kids are being listed beside them rather than underneath like if the kid's name was sue....
Smith, Sally & Sue
What I would like would be
Smith, Sally
(Sue)
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I have worked on this ALL morning. ARRGGHH! Thanx![/b]

The problem is that if you look at the profiles, you'll see that 'Sue' has a Directory Seqence number of 2. Sequence numbers 1 & 2 are set aside in the system for Mr & Mrs, whereas anything from 3 down, are kids or other household members.

Change 'Sue' from seq number 2 to 3 or higher, and that will be corrected.

Then, when you do future entries, just remember to change that number if its a single parent.
