I've discovered that I can "Add" a new profile by clicking 'A', "Delete" by clicking "D", etc, but some of the letters are duplicated. For example, when I click 't' hoping to switch to the "Contact" tab, instead it tries to 'Tag' the record. I figured maybe the tabs need to be combined with another key, and trial and error figured out that 'Alt-o' switches to the "Notes & Codes" tab, but "Alt t" still tries to tag.

Is there an easy way to switch between tabs in the "Maintain Personal Profile" window?

We had just recently noticed that as well. Most tabs in the software don't have hotkeys assigned and probably for this same reason, you just end up running out of letters that make sense, eventually. We have a bug written up about it now and will have the developers take a look.
