We have recently had emails bouncing back to us and all are to the same host. Is there anything we can do on our end to fix this issue? There are only 5 addresses headed to this sip each time we send. An example is posted below minus the address of the recipient. The email settings are to send no more that 175 every 5 minutes.
Thanks in advance for your help

Re: Bulk Email Rejected by Suddenlink
I don't think there's much you can do other than trying to change the number of emails sent at one time. If that doesn't work, I'd call Suddenlink to see if they have any way to 'whitelist' your email domain of "jacksonstreetchurchofchrist.org"bmickey9 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 23, 2021 3:43 pmWe have recently had emails bouncing back to us and all are to the same host. Re: Bulk Email Rejected by Suddenlink
Thank you. Changing the number of emails sent at one time did not help this, so I will investigate the alternative.
Re: Bulk Email Rejected by Suddenlink
I am still working on this issue, but I don't think it is related to our domain being blacklisted.
When the emails are returned to us, I simply forward them individually from the same
domain and they seem to be arriving just fine.
What am I missing in my ignorance?

Have you talked to Suddenlink to see why they are rejecting the emails?bmickey9 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 07, 2021 3:39 pmI am still working on this issue, but I don't think it is related to our domain being blacklisted.
