Blank personal & marital status boxes

Post by joann »

In the Personal Profiles screen, often times when I open a profile, the boxes for both personal status and marital status are blank. I know they have been filled in and saved. When I click on the box, it inputs the saved info in and doesn't require me to save (because it was already saved.) My question is, will this affect reports if these are blank?

Thanks, Jo Ann

No.

Um, perhaps I should be more specific. The data is not gone or deleted, its just that sometimes the system doesn't always refresh the form with the new profile's data the way its supposed to.

It won't affect reports nor do you have to 'resave' the profile.

Make sure "Large Fonts" aren't enabled. That can cause weird things to happen. To check that, right click on your desktop and select "Properties." Then, under 'Settings' and also under 'Appearance' make sure all your font settings are normal size (96dpi).

The settings are on normal and this is not happening on new profiles. These have been entered sometime ago. Just makes me a little nervous.

Thanks for your input.
