Labels not printing

Post by BethAn »

I had gotten a couple of calls from people who did not receive their newsletter this last month. So when I printed the labels for this month, their labels did not print. I checked their status and they are checked to receive mailings. I also did not uncheck any boxes for their Mailing Category. I looked over the labels and realized that their zip+4 codes were not there. I told the computer to print the zip+4 numbers that were missing and I got their labels.
Why didn't they print before?

Are you printing labels in a Presort order, or something different than the default ??

Just in Zip code order. Nothing special.
I don't know if I print them in alpha order if that would make a difference. I might try that. I just don't understand why the labels between those zip+4 numbers didn't print. I wasn't like it was an entire page.
