sunday school attendance

[/i]I am fairly new in my position here at the church and I am trying to figure out PCP9. We have the Sunday School by skill # in th e system, I have done the mass update moving everyone up a skill. It has been brought to my attention that the attendance was not recorded for part of the year. How do I update the attendance for those students if I have already moved everyone up a skill and removed the names that are not to be on the new school list?
