I am using PowerChurch 14. When I select Maintain Personal Files I get a screen trying to locate ctsche-1.ocx: in the PCPLUS14 folder. I have looked in all the folders inside that folder for this file but don' see it anywhere. I hit cancel and get the following error: OLE error code 0x80040154 class not registered. OLE object is being ignored. Record number 169.

I am unable to get to the Personal Files to maintain them. Could you please tell me what I need to do to correct this?

It sounds as if some of the system files have somehow come uninstalled. There is an easy fix to this problem.
 
- In PowerChurch Plus, go to Help > About PowerChurch Plus.
- Click the right mouse button on the System Information tab
- Choose Run Netsetup
- Click Next through all the prompts
 
This will reinstall all of the necessary files that PowerChurch Plus needs to function properly. When the process is complete, you can close all open windows and run PowerChurch Plus again. This should resolve the issue.
