Anyone have suggestions on getting attendance data in large group. We currently circulate clip boards with a roster for people to check off. Our Sunday worship attendance is around 225. We are missing a lot of people especially visitors.

I'd go the Friendship Pad route ... these are pads that are circulated down the row which are filled out by those seated. They have room for name, address, phone and columns for member, vistor, etc.

They can be found in almost every church supply catalog.
