We use the Opticon wand scanner that we purchased from PowerChurch. Sometimes when we scan we get an error code: "the attender code is invalid. Please rescan."
Also, sometimes the code does not go to P, but rather E or N. It should default to P.
We have tried printing the barcode report on different printers and different paper, but the same thing happens. It does not happen every time, but we must look at the screen after every scan to make sure we are not getting the error message the the proper code appears. Very annoying and time consuming.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
