We are seeing instances where we assign a child to the Nursery activity, but she doesn't show up in the Attendance register report.
As far as I can see, there are no differences between the way the child's profile and activities entries look and those of other children who do show up.
Any suggestions about where to look?

Is "Include in membership module reports" checked on the Family Mailing List entry the child belongs to? When I've had the problem you've described, selecting that option has solved the issue.
