Is there anyway to get Detailed Attendance reports for just Selected or Tagged people instead of the whole congregation at one time? I'd like to be able to tag 10-12 people at a time that are in Shepherding groups so that their "Shepherd" will know who has stopped coming to church. I'd like to do this monthly.

There is no standard report that will give you this data. The closest is the Consecutive Absentee report, which can be sorted by 'Who Visits'. Not knowing how you track people under your 'shepherds', I can't be more detailed on what you can do.

Is the primary activity to contact those that have not come to church? If so we developed the Consecutive Absentee report for this specifically for this purpose. It shows people who have been absent a consecutive number of times. For example if people miss three consecutive weeks. You don't filter this report by Who Visits, but you can sort it by either the Who Visits or Visit Area fields. The Shepherd can then just look at the section for his people.
