Is there a way to edit for valid state and zip codes? A way to enter any kind of edit rules? Any edit user exit validation routines?

An example: state was entered as "T%" and zip as "X75214".

I don't believe so, these are text fields without specific edits as this program is used in Canada as well as some other countries.

In my experience the best edit is someone familiar with the data entry. However, could this have happened due to a data import ?? That T% and X75214 could be referring to "telephone number" and "extension".
