Ministerial services improvements

Hello,
The ministerial services could be improved. All of the entries are manually typed in rather than using the tabulated categories that are prolific through the rest of the tool. What I mean by this is - I need to type in the minister rather than selecting from a list. I need to type in a code for services provided rather than selecting from a (maintained) list of codes.
It would be nice if a minister list could be maintained, with minister status (active, inactive, retired, etc), as well as what services the ministers can provide (Baptism, wedding, funeral, etc.).
