I asked our secretary to send a letter to the parents of youth to advertise a meeting for our new year in youth ministry.
She has youth tagged in Activities and Skills based on the various programs in which they are involved.
At times, we want to send a letter to the parents of kids in a particular class.
However, there seems to be no way to address a mailing label to the youth's parents, without manually going through the database and tagging each family.
There has to be a better way. Ideas?

Go to file -> preferences -> mailing label setup. You will see an option for an attention line. Add something like "To the parents of"

Print your labels as normal. When you get to the Mailing Label Options screen, select the "Print attention line" option.

This will produce labels formatted like this: Check the print label preview option and you can see what this looks like on the screen before printing the labels.
