[b]Offices Served function, Inadequate reporting mail merge[

I would like to make good use of the Offices Served but I find the reporting and create a mail merge file is not working for me the way it seems it should. We would like to use offices served to track who has served not only as a committee member but also as a Sunday school teacher, youth sponser, etc. We would like to keep the history on people's activities without having to create a new activity code(s) each year for our LARGE slate of committees and activities. The Offices served function looks like what I want but I am unable to create a mail merge file based on those codes for the current date range, I cannot print a selected activities and skill report with names & addresses on it, nor is the Current Offices list adequete since it does not include addresses.
