Not recognizing an email address

We love the email feature in PC+ and recently discovered that one of our members is being omitted.
She does have an email listed in her personal profile but for some reason when we do a mass email, it doesn't recognize her email.

We have re-typed the email in and tagged her record. And then tried to send an email just to her using the "tag" system of email but it says that she does not have an email.

What can we do?

Make sure that the include in bulk mailings option next to her e-mail address is checked. Also look at the include in membership module reports options for her family in Family Mailing List. If either of those is unchecked she could be excluded from a bulk e-mailing.
