Firstly as a new member I would like to say hello to all and thank in advance anyone that can help me in this matter.

I would like to output the family mailing list to a file such as Excel in order to have a mailing list to send out to a commercial printer.

Is this possible and if so what is the proceedure?

You can export raw data directly to Excel by using the Membership > Family Mailing List > Export Data.

There is also a Membership > Family Mailing List > Create Mail Merge File option, if you wanted to create a data source for such things as mail merge / form letters to send to the printer.
