Is there a way to define an "Adult" based upon the Birth Date field? This would avoid having to update records continually.
Thanks - Joe M.

There is no current way to do so, and I would rather not have this automatically updated without a way of turning it off. This, at least, forces a periodic review of the membership data to insure currency.jpmcpa wrote:Is there a way to define an "Adult" based upon the Birth Date field? Unfortunately, that would depend on your definition of "adult!" Remember, growing up is optional. Growing older is mandatory!
What I'd like to see is the ability to enter the month and day of a senior's birthday without requiring the year. We have some folks who just do not want to share! Can you believe it?! javascript:emoticon('')
If the report for birthdays would just ignore those without a year entry, life would be better IMHO.
Suggestions/Comments?

What I usually do is tell these people that the default year is 1900 ... its amazing how fast I get a year when they think they'll be listed as 104 !!jeffkoke wrote:Unfortunately, that would depend on your definition of "adult!" Remember, growing up is optional. Growing older is mandatory!
