Chidlren's Minsitry Attendance - Check In

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to check children into their children's ministry similar to what you can do with the fellowship one software. In that software when a child is checked in the parent enters their phone number and it pulls up their kids info and they check them in. Then a name badge is automatically printed for the kids with a stub that the parent keeps that allows only them to check them back out. I know PC won't do exactly this, but was wondering if anyone had found a way to use PC in some similar manner? Thanks.

In order to do this with Powerchurch, you'd have to give people update access to the activity database. This is not currently a good idea, as such access would give them permission to do a few other things besides 'check in'.

This sounds like an excellent suggestion however for the wishlist for version 11 or following.
