Is it possible to show the year as well as the date of birth and anniversary in Today?

Is it possible to show the year as well as the date of birth and anniversary in Today?

I don't believe so. That area was created for a quick reminder of whose birthdays and anniversaries would fall during the period set in the users preferences.
