Alphabetical order with a series Activities Codes in reports

Post by Dave M »

I am using Power Church 10 on new Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1. The computer uses an Intel Pentium Dual CPU E220 2.4 GHz with 2 GB of RAM.

We have decided to start over and create a new data base we have been at it for few weeks and new have about 130 people enter into the database. So as a test I started tracking a Women Bible Study under the Activity codes of 2100 (member) 2101 (Leader) and 2102 (Assistant Leader).

When I run Phone Directory (Standard Report) the leader is on a page by herself and it is not alphabetical order (we presently don’t have Assistant Leader so we aren’t using that code). Same thing happen when I run the Name tags (Standard Report).

How can I run the report(s) so everyone is in alphabetical order and the leader isn’t on a page by herself?

Dave,

you don't have to create different activities for these <i>jobs</i>, you can create roles under one activity number that will do the same thing, give you the report you want, and not use up an activity number.
