Is there a way to leave some blank rows on the Attendance Register Form to add guests when they visit? Thanks.

If you print the Attendance Register form in a weekly format, the Visitor lines are printed below the names of those registered.

We use the quarterly format for the class rosters. Each week the class checks the roster and our secretary uses Fast Data Entry to input attendance. The class has the same Attendance Register Form each week and updates using the weekly column format.

How can I make lines without names so that our guests can be included? Thanks for your help.

Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Maintenance Release (http://powerchurch.com/mr), because the Weekly Column Format should be including these blank Visitor lines at the end of each activity.

I've downloaded the latest maint release and I don't get blank lines for the visitors when I print the "Weekly Format". Is there something I'm missing?

I have V9 and I have the 5/15/08 date on my system information. Is there something I need to click to get the blank visitor lines to show? Thanks.

Which report do you want these lines on ?? Weekly or Quarterly ??

You have the latest update for version 9, I'm not sure if they have done enhancements to those reports.

I use the Attendance Register Forms, Weekly column format, selected dates for the quarter. Thanks for your help!

I apologize, I was completely mistaken... For whatever reason, the Weekly Column Format does not have the additional visitor lines at the end.
