Deleted email question

We are currently using PowerChurch 10. We have had several email addresses that have been deleted due to a new address and when emails are sent in bulk the old email still shows up. The message still tries to go to the old address and is bounced back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that all these addresses have been deleted from all Personal Profiles ?? Sometimes one email address is used for the husband and wife, and are entered on each personal profile.
I'd do the Email Directory report from the Personal Profile standard reports to verify what email addresses are in the system.
Finally, you didn't say if you've updated version 10 to the latest maintenance release.

Thank you for your help. I'll run the email report and see where the problems are. The business administrator is the one that told me about the problem but I've been the one to investigate.

When running the e-mail directory report (and any other report) as a screen preview, you can click the "Find" button (binoculars icon) on the toolbar to search text within the report.
Run the e-mail directory, then click Find and type the e-mail address you are looking for, then click Find Next.
